This one is ridiculous that BBC is using one of my photos in their website without my permission while there is a copyright notice in my photoblog.
So does this mean that I can use their content without their permission? This is what I am going to ask them.

Yes, I mailed them, and still no reply. I’ll wait for next 24 hours, and will take action against them if they do not answer.
